Our History Defines Who We Are
Founded by Robert and Ellen Burton, Poly Vinyl Creations began with a simple belief — that quality, craftsmanship, and integrity could reshape the outdoor living industry. What started as a small family business has grown into one of the Southeast’s leading manufacturers and distributors of vinyl fencing, decking, railing, and garden products.
In the early 1980s, Bob Burton saw vinyl fencing for the first time — and he was captivated. His passion for innovation and durability led him to become one of Florida’s early pioneers in shaping the vinyl industry. Bob even used his own home as a real-world testing site, experimenting with materials and designs that would later become industry standards still used today.
Carrying forward her parent's entrepreneurial spirit, Jessica Burton joined the company in 2001 and quickly became a driving force in its growth. Over the next two decades, she expanded Poly Vinyl Creations into multiple locations across the Southeast, broadening its footprint and modernizing its operations.
In 2018, Jessica became President and CEO, ushering in a new era of leadership — one defined by technological advancement, structural reform, and a renewed commitment to innovation and excellence. Her vision honors her father’s legacy while boldly guiding the company into the future through smarter systems, stronger teams, and a steadfast belief in the power of rebirth.
Together, the Burton family continues to carry forward a legacy of innovation, faith, and purpose — committed to building outdoor products that stand the test of time and a company culture that stands for something greater.

Poly Vinyl Creations, Inc. partners exclusively with trade professionals and industry specialists, supplying them with premium vinyl and ornamental products — both standard and custom — designed to enhance the beauty, safety, and value of residential and commercial properties.
By selling through dedicated distributors, we maintain our focus on customization, quick turnaround times, and quality assurance. Our products are fabricated, packaged, and delivered using our own fleet of trucks from strategically located manufacturing and distribution facilities across Florida, Georgia, Alabama, South Carolina, Tennessee, North Carolina, and Virginia.
